UNDERGROUND FRUSTRATION
Short Films, Animation
An unfortunately, extremely relatable story about a soul-sucking toxic relationship.
These ominous onscreen pictures look as if a lava-like human being with a chronically tortured soul had passed between them, like a snail leaving its trail of the human presence... as a snail leaves its slime.” summing up what I felt in Bacon's words.
Human relationships are not easily classifiable.
They are sensations, feelings, thoughts, brains, and bodies.
They never resemble each other.
UndergroundFfrustration, the short video by El Popo Sangre, art director of the digital art studio Unicorn Paris, tells in a strong, sad, real and wonderful way the emotional ups and downs of suffering.
Everything, from the movements to the colors that seem to be inspired by the works of the Irish painter Francis Bacon, up to the music composed by Gregory Semah, becomes an accomplice of a terrifying and at the same time exciting journey.
